For deliveries within France or the European Union, prices include VAT where legally applicable.

Delivery charges are shown separately before checkout.

We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders already accepted.

We do not store full payment card details.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver to France and countries within the European Union.

Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations or exceptional circumstances.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon physical receipt of the goods.

Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, strikes, force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

However, in accordance with applicable consumer law, this right may not apply to sealed intimate products opened after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons.

We shall not be responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, transport disruption, strikes, cyber incidents or governmental restrictions.
