Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, all intimate jewellery and intimate-use products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once delivered. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the situation and make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

       Intimate lingerie in contact with private areas (bodysuits, thongs, briefs, etc.)

       Erotic accessories (plugs, sex toys, strap-ons, harnesses, etc.)

       Intimate cosmetics and personal care products

       Breast jewellery (nippies, pasties, nipple clamps)

       Hosiery accessories (stockings, tights, socks)

       Body and intimate jewellery

       Harnesses, jewellery thongs or bodysuits

       Latex clothing and lingerie

       Most BDSM accessories

       Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

       Custom or personalised items

       Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

       Sale/discounted items

       Gift cards

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, without providing any reason, for eligible items. To exercise this right:

The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Please note that, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that may affect health or hygiene and have been unsealed after delivery, or to goods that are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery. All intimate and hygiene-sensitive products listed above are excluded from this right.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your eligible item — once your return is accepted — and make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please bear in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@majoliecerise.com.
