Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days following payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Carriers & Delivery Areas

Deliveries are carried out by La Poste (tracked mail) or Colissimo, to mainland France and across Europe. Estimated delivery times are provided for information only and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed. No additional charges will be applied after the order has been placed.

Your Rights as a European Consumer

In accordance with Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, if your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the agreed delivery date — or, in the absence of an agreed date, within 30 days of the order confirmation — you are entitled to request a full refund.

If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

Liability

Ma Jolie Cerise cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier, including those caused by customs procedures, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
